training void in the commercial real estate industry. He is a commercial
real estate expert with more than 30
years of knowledge and know-how who can show you how to open
new doors in a complex, multifaceted field.
Bob has managed hundreds of millions of
dollars in transactions and generated millions in commissions.
With 30+ years of experience, he has grown with the commercial
real estate business from before the age of technology to the
present era of IT and web-based business applications and fully
understands how to implement the benefits that technology has
brought to the Industry.
Prior to starting Performance Realty Solutions, Bob was the Sales
Training Director and in-house commercial real estate expert for
Costar Group, Inc., the publicly traded IT commercial real estate
information company. Costar is the leading provider of commercial
real estate information and software internationally. In his 30
years, Bob has managed numerous commercial real estate agents
and sales offices, always producing top results in every office.

Jake
joined Performance Realty Solutions in 2005 as Vice President
of Business Development. In this newly created role, Jake is responsible
for growing the business, while also assisting Bob with the training
classes.
Prior to joining Performance Realty Solutions, Jake was the Research
Manager for Costar Group's New York/Metro Market for five years.
Costar is the leading International Provider of Commercial Real
Estate Information and Software servicing the industry. Jake's
responsibilities were managing over 30 research associates and
interacting & creating relationships with the Who's Who of
New York/Metro Commercial Real Estate in order to keep Costar's
information up to date.
Jake was responsible for tracking the total commercial activity
of the market which comprised over 1 billion square feet of buildings.
Jake has extensive knowledge of the New York/Metro Real Estate
Market and will be instrumental in helping Performance Realty
Solutions expand its training programs into the New York Metro
Market and beyond.
Jake has an MBA from Cleveland State University with a focus in
Business Management.
